License
Scatter grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Scatter app on Android devices that you own or control. This license is for personal and commercial use of the scanning features as intended.

Your Data
You own all content you create with Scatter — scans, meshes, point clouds, exported files, and recordings. Scatter does not access, view, collect, or store any of your scan data. All files remain on your device under your full control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- 01Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or any part of it.
- 02Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or Pro upgrade.
- 03Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within the app.
- 04Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Scatter DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
In no event shall Scatter be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro upgrade.
